This spring/summer has been very dry due to lack of rainfall and the extreme hot weather, we have been asked by the DRN to ask our customers to voluntarily reduce water use as we are in a "Drought Watch Phase", which means the DNR will continue to monitor rainfalls and stream levels for improvement. EXCITING UPDATE!!! Soon to be implemented a new way to pay your bill over the phone! With this change you can make payments after hours conveniently and safely using our secure system. 


Please be aware that North Branch Water & Light will NEVER robo call you. If you receive a robo call suggesting you are late on a payment or at risk of disconnection, we recommend you end the call. This is likely a phishing call attempting to scam you for money. Please do not provide them any payment information. If you have any doubts please contact us for verification.


Customers with ONE water meter requesting sewer credit for pool fill:
Please take pictures of the meter before and after the pool is filled.
Email the following info to: tiffanif@ci.north-branch.mn.us
1.) pictures of the start and end meter reads, include start time/date and end time/date
2.) pictures of the filled pool along with pool dimensions
